What is it :
Capitanstock guarantees the customer as required by art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code the possibility of availing of the Right of Withdrawal on condition as by law, that the customer is a consumer, understood as a physical person and that purchases the goods for personal purposes and not referable to a professional activity, or by making a purchase and not indicating a VAT number at the end of the order: In this case the customer as per law has the right to withdraw from the "purchase contract" for any reason, without any penalty except for the transport costs which are 100% attributed to the customer making the return.
CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL :
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to undamaged products and returned in their original packaging. The product must include all its parts included in the article at the time of sale; (Packaging, any documentation, tags, labels, etc.) to limit damage to the package, it is advisable to insert the same in a second box on which to apply labels or sheets of paper to return the product.
On the outside of the packaging it is also mandatory to report; Object: Return / Withdrawal - Sender - Recipient: Capitanstock S.r.l - Via G. Marconi 64 - Bresso (mi) 20091 - (Receiving Warehouse Returns).
The return of the product can also be made within a maximum limit of 10 days from the delivery of the same
SHIPPING COSTS (WITHDRAWAL)::
The shipping costs for the withdrawal of an item are charged to the customer.
The Goods until receipt in one of the Capitanstock warehouses is under the full responsibility of the customer. The shipping costs and the methods that the customer can use are the responsibility and under the responsibility of the customer who consequently will not get compensation from Capitanstock in the event that the goods were damaged or lost.
In the event of damage of the goods during transport, Capitanstock will take care to inform the Customer immediately, in order to allow him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured).
The Goods must be returned intact and in their original packaging, complete with all the products and accessories subordinate to the product itself, otherwise Capitanstock reserves the right, subject to communication to the customer, to reduce a percentage between 10% and 100% of the value of the asset, as the product can no longer be re-sold as New.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO:
The right of withdrawal does not apply, as per law, to Professionals and Companies to which an invoice has been issued in relation to the product itself since the latter are not considered private consumers. All "contracts" equal to or less than the value of € 50 are excluded by law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, as per the law granted by the Consumer Code, to all those who intend to return a product that is, Damaged or Not Complete with Original Packaging or its Subordinate Accessories.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, beyond the term (10 days), established by our conditions of sale, from the receipt of the Goods.
Open packaging of products are not being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection.
In particular:
- Make up (pencils, lipsticks, tinted primer, mascara, etc.,
- Facial creams
- herbal or para-pharmaceutical products
- hair products
- personal items such as (slips, boxers,)
REFUND :
Once Verified that the product, and the method of withdrawal of the same have complied with the rules established by our Conditions of Sale and Withdrawal, Capitanstock within the term of 30 working days from receipt of the goods, will proceed to Refund the Credit to the Customer in the event that the customer himself does not want to purchase one or more products of equal value or greater than the amount of the Credit Note.
