As you will have read from the FAQ on Refund Times, once approved and communicated to the customer, they are sent almost immediately.
If you are waiting for a refund that you do not receive, know that the timing of receipt depends on your bank.
In particular:
- Paypal: Immediate
- Prepaid Cards: 1-3 days
- Postepay: 1-5 days
- Credit Cards: 1-5 days

The timing for reimbursement is almost immediate from the moment in which the latter was approved.
A refund approved following a dispute, once communicated to the customer that it will be issued, is processed immediately.
A Refund from Withdrawal, once the return has been received in our warehouses, is also issued almost immediately (Max 1 day).

The facilitated return costs are 3.99.
The Interactive Return page automatically assigns the return costs to us or to the customer, based on the dynamics for which the return is requested. According to our Return Policy.
If the return costs are attributed to the customer, these are deducted from the refund once the return is received in our warehouses.
