As suggested by the title, PLAY LOUD is an album that sounds strong, full of groove, with themes so incisive that they are engraved in the listener's mind. Although in line with the previous projects of the formidable trio (always in the name of a rock reminiscent of the blues roots, and always composed of the guitarist and singer Chris Vos, the bassist Alex Stiff and the drummer Marc Cazorla), the desire to to experiment. Recording as usual "live in the studio" in a few intense days - to preserve the spontaneity of the performance - the three managed to produce singles such as "How High" where distorted vocals, overwhelming bass riffs and a stinging guitar take center stage, the more rarefied "Paradise", or a song like "Gotta Be Movin'", with the return of a 'dirty' guitar and hip-hop elements that refer very directly to the '90s.
