Katy Perry The prismatic world tour live
The Prismatic World Tour was the third world tour of American singer Katy Perry, supporting her fourth album, Prism.
The tour started on May 7, 2014 in Belfast, UK. On 18 November 2013, through the singer's twitter profile, the first English dates of the tour were announced, and then those of the North American leg, followed by those in Oceania. On January 27, 2014, Katy Perry confirmed that for every ticket sold on her tour, one dollar would be donated to UNICEF.
The Prismatic World Tour took the singer to perform in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Oceania, proving an international success and becoming the most successful Katy Perry tour to date, having earned 204 million dollars. It was an incredible success also in Australia, where 350,000 tickets were sold all over the country, attracting 93.841 spectators for the Sydney concerts and 100.923 for those of Melbourne.
Also for this tour Katy Perry did not fail to visit Italy, with a sold-out concert at the Mediolanum Forum on 21 February 2015, one year and four months after the launch of Prism.
