The Road to Agartha, released on all digital platforms on February 24, 2023.
The album includes the song "Terzo Cuore", written and produced by Leo Gassmann, Marco Paganelli, Giorgio Pesenti, Riccardo Zanotti.
“Third Heart speaks of an eternal love destined to never be forgotten. It is our spare heart that will never stop beating and which is difficult to do without. When everything seems to be going wrong there will always be the memory of a love that will give us the strength to react and move forward" - said Leo Gassmann.
“La strada per Agartha” is a complex, multicultural album with various musical influences that will not fail to reserve surprises: in addition to another unreleased song also signed by Riccardo Zanotti entitled “Volo rovescio”, there is in fact a duet with the great Edoardo Bennato in the song “I would like for you” and a song in English, “Without You”, with the British band Will & The People.
“It's a bit like my first album” – declared Leo Gassmann, even if in chronological order it is the artist's second studio album.
The album is produced by Matteo Costanzo and mixed by Giuseppe Taccini.
The title of the album is taken from the novel "The Smoky God" by Willis George Emerson, which tells of a fantastic journey of a sailor who circumnavigates the world and discovers an underground civilization of giants who live on music and agriculture, in total peace and harmony.
The themes contained in the album focus on the search for beauty and the love of music.
The album cover, shot by photographer Francesco Rampi, sees the artist at school together with a group of children, who represent not only youth, but also hope for a future and a better world.
