Zucchero Fornaciari Rispetto CD
It is Zucchero's third unreleased album. Released in April 1986, it contains 11 tracks. The arrangements and orchestral conducting are handled by Zucchero himself in collaboration with Corrado Rustici. The latter already present in the previous album as a producer.
it was published after Zucchero's participation in the 1986 Sanremo Festival with the song Canzone triste. This was one of the most listened to songs on the radio among those participating in the Festival that year.
The cover graphics are edited by Mario Convertino. On the right side there is a photograph of Patrick James. This depicts the singer's second daughter, Irene, in a diaper and combed with a punk crest.
All the lyrics of the songs are signed by Zucchero, who makes his debut as the author of his own lyrics. Except two of the 11 tracks.
The song that gives the album its title - Respect - was born after a quarrel with Mogol. Like the previous album, the disc incorporates the sounds of rhythm'n'blues and soul music.
Two singles were drawn from Respetto.
The record received Platinum recognition in Italy.
