"Notes on a conditional form" is the new album by The 1975. Released for Polydor / Universal on May 22, 2020, a year and a half after their previous "A brief inquiry into online relationships", the band's third album to be successful to conquer the top of the English chart of best-selling albums.
Defined several times "the new Radiohead" by the British press, the Manchester band is certainly one of the reference points of the new pop rock worldwide.
7 songs have already been extracted from "Notes on a conditional form", including the latest single "If you're too shy (let me know)", which is already in the top 100 Italian airplay a week after its release and in the top positions of Spotify's New Music Friday. Also in this work, as in all the previous albums of the band, their distinctive feature remains, given by the eclecticism and variety of sounds and styles that can be found. These elements make The 1975 a band accessible to a very wide and varied audience.
