Una Melodia Infinita Giancarlo Lucariello
- Plot Una Melodia Infinita Giancarlo Lucariello
Music has always been part of Giancarlo Lucariello's world, ever since he was a child. It was only after a serious accident that he made the decision to make it his job.
Incredibly ahead of his time, after having obtained a position as assistant director at an important Milanese record label, Lucariello risks everything to follow his project: to be an artistic producer. Specifically, the producer of the Poohs, who were then going through a long period of crisis and uncertainty.
The result achieved by Lucariello is extraordinary: the five albums he produced - Opera prima, Alessandra, Parsifal, A bit of our best time and Maybe still poetry - not only gave new life to the group, but they also made school in the panorama of pop music. For the first time, the echoes of symphonic music and the great opera arias were heard, thanks to the courageous and unconventional vision of a producer who wanted to make music and not just hit songs.
(although success will not be lacking: just think of timeless songs like Pensiero, Tanta desire di lei, the same suite of Parsifal ...)
Now Giancarlo Lucariello remembers, as in a sort of personal and collective memoir, the story of this adventure, retracing the choices - musical and otherwise - that led to the birth of these historic albums that made entire generations sing and fall in love;
It tells the great work behind it, the background of an exceptional creativity and a counter-current project, the hours spent in the recording studios: the result is a unique and rich book (of images, texts to read and songs to listen to. ) and absolutely not to be missed not only for those who love Pooh, but also for all those who live on music.
