Sara Brusco Gian Marco Tavani Yes Weekend
It all starts with a couple and their mailboxes who, in a continuous question and answer of messages and shares, are quickly filled with photos of idyllic places that not only seem unreachable, but really are, given the condition of immobility in which Sara, Gian Marco and the rest of the world have been forced into in the last two years. It is in this bubble of "then I would like" that the idea of Yes Weekend was born: a format that, after having taken its first timid steps on social media, has become a successful broadcast on Sky TG24.
With the aim of relaunching tourism in the Bel Paese, Sara Brusco, presenter of Sky and Gian Marco Tavani, actor and former Hyena, have traveled around Italy in search of unconventional experiences, such as canyoning in Liguria, bizarre accommodations, including which one night in the cabin of a former cable car in the province of Bergamo, and restaurants out of the ordinary, capable of serving Carmen Consoli's Last Kiss as a dessert.
With this book, Sara and Gian Marco intend to translate their shots in selfie mode into words, telling the background of a journey in search of new places and small pearls that our territory has always jealously guarded. Each of the two, with its own and unique tone of voice, tells of a dream born during the pandemic that today can be said to be a reality and that not only allowed them to travel, but also to bring millions of Italians with them comfortably seated on the sofa. home and that, probably, will do the same with readers.
The beautiful country told under a different light, between hidden places, destinations and unusual activities, in the fascinating setting of villages and natural places to discover, always within everyone's reach.
The first guide designed and written to enhance local tourism.
